The success of an event begins with Site Selection.
As a part of our service suite, we will:
- Provide a needs assessment that includes developing objectives/goals for your event.
- Prepare a meeting profile/resume and Request for Proposal (RFP) to send to preferred properties.
- Work with preferred properties' Sales Office to negotiate the best possible rates, terms, and conditions.
- Gather select proposals for final review, giving you the recommendations to help you make the best possible decision.
- Conduct site inspections of proposed meeting sites and hotels.
