Conference Catalysts provides a team of specialized representatives to serve as on-site registration staff and general facilities coordinators. From the moment we arrive on-site, we work closely with facility staff, vendors, and volunteers to ensure that advanced planning is executed to perfection. We oversee all on-site activities:

• On-Site registration

• Room layout and setup, audio/visual equipment setup
